"Erik so far has been the easiest StateFarm rep I’ve interacted with. At the start I thought he was just a really sharp new employee. Lol His voice sounded so young, but he was clear, deliberate, and knew exactly what he was talking about. Noah was awesome, too, in clarifying payment schedule. "Erik is one of a kind - he called me with some potential changes to my policy that could help to save money, and I put him through the ringer with questions all of which he took time to answer and come up with the best play and path forward for me. In the end, with rapidly changing rates, it didn't make much sense to move forward, but all the same, Erik remained positive and super easy to work with. Genuinely can't express adequately how nice it is to work with someone who is, yes, in sales, yet doesn't make you feel like you are being sold to and genuinely seems to have your best interest at heart. This kind of interaction makes me want to stick around which is a serious commendation when talking insurance. Thanks, Erik!"
