"I am a dog trainer and am launching my new educational program in September and Erik was super awesome in helping me to get my speciality liability insurance squared away so I am covered for any potential hazards that may pop up as I am getting started. There was a bit of a weird hiccup in the system creating an account issue, but state farm was very helpful and quick at correcting the error and Erik reached back out to check in on everything later in the week.
